Bitcoin Stack Lab is a Bitcoin portfolio tracking, organisation, education, and scenario-planning web app.

By accessing or using Bitcoin Stack Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Bitcoin Stack Lab is provided for general information, education, organisation, and scenario-planning only.

Bitcoin Stack Lab does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, credit advice, lending advice, borrowing advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, borrow against, lend, trade, or invest in Bitcoin or any other asset.

You are responsible for checking your own records, decisions, tax obligations, legal obligations, financial circumstances, borrowing risks, and backup practices. You should seek advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.

Some features may be available without signing in. Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

All users receive the complete Bitcoin planning experience. Free capacity includes up to 150 transactions and one portfolio profile. Pro increases capacity to unlimited transactions and up to five portfolio profiles. Paid Pro checkout and billing are handled by Stripe where available.

You may create and manage Portfolio Profiles where available. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, import, save, export, edit, or delete.

Bitcoin Stack Lab may store data locally in your browser and, for signed-in users, may allow cloud backup, save, and load features. You are responsible for making and protecting your own backups. Clearing browser data, using another device, deleting profiles, importing files, or changing account state may affect app data.

Cloud backup and file backup features are provided for convenience. You should check exported and imported data carefully. Bitcoin Stack Lab does not guarantee that every backup, import, or restore operation will be error-free.

Bitcoin prices can move sharply. Live BTC prices and third-party data may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by provider issues.

Calculators, projections, BTC goal estimates, converters, LTV tools, margin-call warning prices, and alerts are estimates based on user-entered data and available third-party price data. They do not guarantee future prices, outcomes, lender actions, or risk levels.

Alerts are provided as a convenience only and may be delayed, fail to send, or be affected by data, email, hosting, or provider issues. You should not rely on alerts as your only risk-management method.

Bitcoin Stack Lab does not custody Bitcoin, connect to wallets for transactions, sign transactions, manage private keys, or ask you to enter seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, exchange passwords, bank logins, two-factor recovery codes, signing details, or recovery information.

News and Learn content is for general information only and should not be treated as advice, endorsement, or recommendation.

We aim to keep Bitcoin Stack Lab available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, hosting issues, bugs, outages, or third-party service issues.

Bitcoin Stack Lab may update the app, features, Free or Pro access, or these Terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Stack Lab is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, incorrect user inputs, data loss, price-feed errors, unavailable services, or decisions made using the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
